TCCIA President and National Executive Council Convene Ahead of Annual General Meeting.

Dar es Salaam, December 5, 2024 – The President of the Tanzania Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Agriculture (TCCIA), Mr. Vicent Minja, joined members of the TCCIA National Executive Council (NEC) today in a Constitutional Annual Meeting, held ahead of the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The meeting provided a platform to discuss key agenda items, including the preparations for the upcoming Business and Investment Dialogue Forum between the Government and the Private Sector. Scheduled for December 6, 2024, this landmark event aims to strengthen collaboration between the two sectors and address critical issues to foster a more robust business and investment environment in Tanzania.

The forum will feature Hon. Dr. Doto Mashaka Biteko, Deputy Prime Minister of the United Republic of Tanzania and Minister of Energy, as the guest of honor. His presence underscores the government’s commitment to engaging with private sector stakeholders to drive economic growth and development.

Discussions during the council meeting also highlighted the importance of fostering innovative solutions, improving policy frameworks, and identifying opportunities to strengthen Tanzania’s global investment competitiveness.
